Lamunyon installed a water drainage system to a sump with pump in our crawlspace, insulated and sealed existing vents, encapsulated the stem walls and floor of the crawlspace and insulated the the stem walls. They also spray foam insulated the rim joint. I could not be happier with the quality of work and attention to detail by Matt, Erik and Tyler, they are the best.

When our basement flooded due to a major plumbing leak, Lance and crew were here in less than four hours. That's after a two hour drive. They got right to work moving the furniture, getting the water picked up and setting up the fans and dehumidifiers. They were constantly checking to make sure everything was working properly, and that the drying process was proceeding as planned. The entire process took a week, and we were thrilled with the results. Thankfully it was a clean water leak, and our carpet and pad survived. All our dealings with Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair have been timely and cordial. Their prompt response to our problem was very much appreciated.

I had an issue with the patio at my house and I wasn’t sure if it was affecting the foundation or not. After a quick phone call with JamieLynn she followed up with me quickly.I provided a few pictures for her to send to their inspector and was noticed within 2 days the issue was solely with the patio and not the foundation.JamieLynn is also going above and beyond to gather a couple references for construction companies that can replace my patio.I’ve had a great experience with Lamunyon and should I ever need foundation repair or another service they offer, they’ll be my first call.

I had my crawl space encapsulated. Drain tile, sump pump and insulation installed. The project took five days with the entrance to the space in the master bedroom closet. I was filled with trepidation for the potential of disruption and the trashing of the area since we would sleep there each night.I could not have been more impressed, work was done most expeditiously and the area was kept clean throughout the day. They were punctual on starting each day and the disruption to us was minimal. I was kept appraised of progress regularly. Two unexpected issues were encountered and extra effort was required but they persevered and keep within cost and schedule.The only complaint I have is that it took so long to schedule the project due to their project backlog but I’m sure the quality of their work drives the demand and backlog.It was refreshing to be ecstatic as a customer instead of just satisfied at best or disappointed at worst!Steve C. I had a toilet leak and it ran down into the lower level of the home through the ceiling. I called at 5 on Friday and Candace and Dustin were there by 7 and stayed until 11 that evening. Lance and Candace came out several times to make sure everything was getting dried out with their fans. Everyone was very polite and professional throughout the process. A good experience with all their staff.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done by Lamunyon on our basement. From the initial consultation, to the work performed, to wrapping everything up, they made it as seamless as possible. We had a combination of anchors, steel walers, drainage, water proofing, and sump pump installed. Matt and his crew were some of the hardest working guys I have met. Matt did a fantastic job of explaining why and how everything was going to be done. I never felt in the dark or left wondering why something was happening. Fantastic business and service. We had some mold growth take off in our basement, and Lamunyon was able to perform the preliminary inspection, treatment, and wrap up all in a matter of weeks. The work was pretty extensive -- drywall and carpet removal, top to bottom cleaning of pretty much every surface in the basement, and duct cleanout. For all they did, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it ended up being. Every technician was very professional, treated everything in the house with respect, and were even great around nosey dog. They have nothing but my highest recommendation. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I've used Lamunyon Dry Out and Foundation repair twice now. The first time they installed drain tile along one wall for a damp spot and a sump pump with battery backup. It worked wonders so I called them to install drain tile and encapsulation on all the walls. Daryl McDaniels and Matt Jackson are polite, professional, and the hardest workers I've seen in a while. I highly recommend Lamunyon!

Came home from work in Arizona to a wet basement following the rain we got in early May. Called and was able to get on the schedule for the following morning-a Saturday-for an estimate of the damage. Jamie and his assistant arrived at my house in the late morning. They looked throughout my basement from the finished area to the laundry room and bathroom and provided an explanation of everything and why. Within several hours of their arrival, I had an estimate, the damage removed from the basement and fans set up to help the dehumidifying process. Bonus points that they took the water damaged not-so-dry wall and carpet away so I didn’t have to worry about it. Because they contained their work to the basement and created a negative pressure room, Jamie had taken photos of the area where the leak was very likely. By doing this, I was able to see the damage that I wouldn’t have even known about. They returned to my house twice to pull equipment out and look at the progress. Very happy with their communication as well as speed and how well they got my basement dried out.

I had my foundation repaired by LaMunyon. It was something I was dreading, but they were a wonderful crew to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and went above and beyond my expectations. I had 5 different bids and can say that theirs was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The most expensive was around $27,000 MORE than the bid from LaMunyon. There are a lot of companies that advertise on TV or give high pressure sales, which LaMunyon does not do. My experience is that they are an honest company with good family values. I would recommend them to anyone for foundation repair. Caleb, Matt and crew are awesome!

Would recommend 100% over and over! I was in a crisis situation when my basement flooded on a Saturday evening of all days. Everyone at Lamunyon from the office staff to the entire work crew were amazing! Punctual, professional, dependable, up-to-date with industrial equipment, monitoring services days after the incident, and all my questions answered. They left equipment until the humidity level was up to standard which took several days. Disinfected, dried out my basement, hauled contaminated items away, took out damaged wall segments, and all employees had personal protective equipment while performing duties. I hired Lamunyon to to stabilize my basement wall. I found their prices fair ( and I did get competitor quotes). My inspector came out and told me what was needed to stabilize my walls. I feel his advice was honest, he spent time answering my questions and ensuring I understood everything. He was also extremely prompt when answering emails. Fast forward to the day the technicians came out - they got the job done, they were on time and professional. I had questions after the completion of the job that were answered very quickly. Of course emergencies occur after hours on a Friday night. Such was our situation when a water line valve developed a leak. We called Lamunyon for assistance with the clean up and were so happy with their professional and timely response.Jamie was our first responder and came out immediately to assess the situation. Arriving after 9:00 p.m. and staying until nearly midnight, Jamie stayed until the situation was contained and determined that the house was safe. Lance followed up the next day and assigned Jed and Jess as our clean up team. We cannot say enough good things about this team and their conscientious and professional treatment of this process. Jamie and Tim were amazing! The cleanout was supposed to take two days. Because of the extreme heat, their machines struggled and they had to bring out two extra trucks. BUT, because of their hard work, persistence, and willingness to stay until almost 7 pm, they got the job finished the same day. And, they hooked my washer and dryer back up for me when they came the next week to finish and get their drying equipment (it's the little things, really😁)! Will always recommend Lamunyon for this kind of service. 10 out of 10!!!

Leaky basement combined with basement walls pushing in. Lots of bids but Lamunyon sold us, not on price but on work to be performed combined with being professional, courteous, and listening. The workers did exactly what they said they'd do, they were careful around the house, and they cleaned up when done. Time will tell whether the work performed resolved the two issues but for today we are pleased.

Lamunyon did a great job on our work from start-to-finish. Their system has a better warranty than the two other competitors who bid the job. Their price was also much lower. I was able to call and immediately speak with the person who bid the job. The actual working crew was also friendly and did a nice job discussing each phase of the work, cleaning up each day, and keeping us informed of the timeline. I would use them again (although we hope to never need them again!) and recommend them to my family and friends.

I could not be happier with the service I got from This company. I had a really bad first experience from the first water midication company I went through and when Lamunyon came their work was amazing. Every aspect of their customer service was so good. Laura was so sweet and helpful and heard me out and had someone out to me the next day. Jamie was so nice and explained everything to me. I have never had this happen and his demeanor really put me at ease as I was internally freaking out. The gentleman doing the work Jed and Aaron took care of my house and they were also so professional and caring. Jed answered all my questions. When I say “all my questions” I mean it, he was so helpful! He explained everything in such detail that I was able to understand. Any time I would call he would answer and if he wasn’t able to, he would call me back in a timely manner. I want to add that it is such a great customer service all the way around! Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair was contacted to assist in stabilizing our historic standpipe water tower. Lamunyon uses a process called Carbon Fiber Strapping and suggested using this on our tower.We worked with Ed who was very attentive and explained the whole process thoroughly. The crew that came to work on the tower kept us well informed during the process. Once completed, a few defects were discovered which Lamunyon handled immediately and professionally. The tower looks amazing and we feel we will get many more years from it now that the work has been completed.We would definitely recommend Lamunyon!

This business did an amazing job repairing the cracks in the concrete wall in my basement. There was a 2 man crew that came in and got to work fast. They kept everything clean and had an air purifier going the entire time to keep the concrete dust out of the air and off my furniture. Everything was cleaned up when they left and the basement walls took 24 hours to finish drying and setting up. I recommend this to anyone who needs a crack repaired in the walls of their basement or other structure. Great pricing kept me from needlessly spending thousands of extra dollars. They also have financing through another company to help you get the repairs you need.

The Lamunyon team were professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They had to remove all of the walls creating a bedroom and half bath in the house I bought. The bedroom must have belonged to a teenager, as there was a collection of historic stickers (KSU and Manhattan High circa 1957) on the door and a wooden panel. I asked Lamunyon to save those bits of wood for me, and they were so accommodating; they managed to save and clean the entire door and panel, which was more than I expected. They went above and beyond the original spec, checking and removing a few bits of insulation and shelves in another cupboard. They left everything spotless, and Jamie walked me through everything they had done. The tests afterwards show far less mold in that basement than outside! I’m very pleased and would recommend Lamunyon to anyone.

We had some very bad problems due to flooding in our basement. Lamunyon came and cleaned out the basement and dried it out. The crew was very friendly and it was a pleasure having them come to our home and work. We then had them come back and do a new drain tile in our basement as well As installing a new sump pump and encapsulating our crawlspace below our kitchen. Very professional. Responded quickly to a city sewage backup to clean up the basement, even on a holiday weekend. Most work completed in one (long) day. Very helpful with suggestions and information. Here's one from January 2020:Same experience when I found mold in my basement as a result of the Big Blue River backing up to form a lake four blocks south of us, for five months. Very prompt, very clear in explanations of what Lamunyon found and how they could remediate the issues. They also discovered that the south wall of the basement was moving inward a bit, and helped us to understand what needed to be done to shore it up. In all this the crew was very considerate of our possessions and what they could save.Highly recommend again.4/28/2020Great job again. Work all finished on the south wall of the basement. Lamunyon installed Push Piers on one corner of our house. We were very pleased with Matt Jackson, Production Foreman. Not only did he do a good job on the Push Piers, but he faced the extra challenge of removing 7 yds of concrete at the base of foundation that he did not expect. He kept us informed and updated every day. When it was all done, he volunteered to return on a weekend to rake the lawn and touch up.

Very pleased with their communication and establishing estimates as well as the thorough inspection. The crew that preformed foundation repairs were knowledgeable and respectful. They stayed late to complete repairs in one day instead of the scheduled two days. They left my home and property in better condition then when they arrived. They cleaned up debris and trash, even though some of what they picked up was not theirs. Lamunyon Restoration was 15,000.00 cheaper than the other companies I consulted. Lamunyon Restoration chose a different solution to make repairs not only cost effective but also efficiently repairing my failing foundation.
