Installer
Our Foundation Repair Division is looking for individuals to work in customer’s home waterproofing basements and repairing foundations. We are searching for an installer in Clay Center. New installers earn $45-50K, with advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Working in customer’s home, installing systems such as waterproofing, piers, support posts, wall anchors, etc.
- Take pictures and document progress of job
- Be safe and follow guidelines established through Industry Standards
- Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Attend daily production meetings for job updates and/or changes
- Attend on the job classes, seminars, webinars, or other training to expand current knowledge and skill levels
- Provide feedback to supervisors and management.
- Complete paid training
Requirements:
- Concrete experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right person,
- Basic math and writing skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75 pounds
- Ability to follow directions and work independently and with a team/crew
- Leadership skills and desire to succeed will be necessary to advance to a foreman position
- Travel (per diem provided)
- Valid driver’s license
Technician
Technician is responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with a high degree of professionalism. Duties will include initial job-site inspection, secure jobs and perform structural drying following IICRC guidelines.Requirements:
- Communicate with customers during project
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Safely driving service vehicles
- Operating extraction/drying equipment
- Completing paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Must successfully pass IICRC WRT Certification.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must follow company policies at all times
- Must demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
- General understanding of power tools and construction
- Outstanding customer service skills – our Technicians must be able to communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and office staff
- Desire to work with your hands
- Interest in learning new skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
A pre-employment drug screen, physical capacity profile, background check, and valid driver’s license are required.

Part Time Technician (3 day work week)
Technician is responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with a high degree of professionalism. We are looking for part time staff, 3 days per week (Monday – Wednesday, or Wednesday – Friday).
Requirements include:
- Communicate with customers during project

- Safely driving service vehicles
- Operating extraction/drying equipment
- Completing paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Must successfully pass IICRC WRT Certification
