We are very pleased with the work that Lamunyon did for us. Cody came and inspected the basement and gave us a reasonable bid for the work. They set up the dates and time the crew would arrive and they were prompt every day. Eric called and gave us his ETA. Eric and his crew were hard working, polite, very professional and efficient. Cody and Eric both explained the procedures they would do to complete the project. And they even finished a day ahead of schedule. I would like to pass on that I had a leak in my basement floor and it caused water damage to my carpet and we had to move my daughter out of the room. Trying to figure out who to call was a nightmare. I finally made a great decision with Lamunyon dry out & foundation repair. I want to thank David Balfour because he made a very frustrating issue into a very simple process and life time worry free from water ever coming into my basement again. It all started with Cody, who provided the estimate. Very professional and courtesy. He was thorough with explaining the process. The install crew- Drew, Kaleb, and Paul, did an outstanding job with installing a drain tile, waler beams, and anchors in my basement. They worked hard all week and in incredibly hot weather. Very courtesy and professional guys. Drew, the foreman, was meticulous and made sure they cleaned up every day. Couldn't have asked for a better group of guys. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with Lamunyon from start to finish! Our basement wall was caving in, so we called around to get a couple of estimates from different companies. We decided to choose Lamunyon for many reasons. Cody, who gave us our estimate, was very kind and professional. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand manner and gave us all the information we needed to proceed. Foundation repair can be expensive, but Lamunyon was more fairly priced compared to the other companies we got estimates from. David did an amazing job of communicating with us and answering questions whenever they came up. When they came out to repair our basement wall, the workers did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. They were all professional and polite. We are very confident in the work they did, and we now have peace of mind knowing the issue was fixed properly. I highly recommend Lamunyon for foundation repair.

The work was very well done. I was referred by a local rug dealer who helped me call Lamonyan. That was at about 5 PM in the evening. They arrived at about 7:30 PM and stayed till almost 10 o'clock cleaning up as much as they could. The workers were great. They fully understood my concern and depression about the entire situation. This company goes the extra mile to clean up the situation and help you understand why it is necessary to do the things they do. Hope this never happens to me again. David and Drew did a wonderful job installing the wall anchors. They was extremely careful not to damage other lines and a support wall when installing the anchors. I had a footing raised that had settled due to the clay soil drying. The job required 7 helical piers that support the brackets under the footing. The brackets raised and stabilized the footing. The job took 3 and a half days. The team of Matt and Kyle were punctual, professional, explained everything and did outstanding work. The footing is now level and stable.

We had a very good experience dealing with Lamunyon. They were the third company we had come to assess our foundation problems. I am by no means a foundation expert, but I have extensively remodeled several houses. This is the first house that had serious foundation problems. Windows close to the northwest corner of the house would not open or close, and could not be locked. The first two companies gave us solutions that did not seem to pinpoint the area of our problem.When Brent, from Lamunyon, gave us his proposal, it called for push piers and helical piers in the area where we were having problems. Everything he proposed seemed to make more sense. When the work crew, Matt, Kyle and Tyler, came out to do the actual work, they were great to work with. They kept us informed on what they were doing and why it had to be done. They all worked extremely hard and got the job done ahead of schedule even though it rained on the day they raised the house. The problem area of the house was raised approximately 3 inches. I felt comfortable with Matt’s expertise and was comfortable taking his advice on the whole project. Our windows now open, close and lock. Matt, the project lead, also reduced our total cost since they did not have to drill as deep as originally estimated to hit stable ground.
