The recent hail storm hit Salina very hard. The hail punctured my TPO roof in several areas which lead to water entering my building. From my first phone call Jeremiah explained what the company could do and met me at my building to begin working within 2 hours after I told him that I wanted him to do the job. When he arrived he explained everything that he was going to do in a professional way. Before he left that day he asked again if I had any questions. Lance came back a couple of days later for the final cleanup and remove the equipment with another employee. He was also very professional. He kept me informed on what they were doing the entire time. I recommend using this company that is based out of Clay Center.

Great team and great work.

The previous owners of our home had a partial foundation repair done in the basement. When we needed to continue the work, we needed to use the same company to tie into the previous work. The Lamunyon bid came in a bit higher than others, but we felt that the company seemed to have the best knowledge and only ability to bring all the work together without adding new sump pumps. The wait to get scheduled was a bit farther out than we would have preferred to get started, but we were very pleased with the work that was completed. The employees assigned to our house were David and Ralph. They were kind, respectful, always on time, and worked incredibly hard! My husband and I both work from home, on zoom, and even with the noise of machines, they would come in and out quietly and did not disturb our daily routine. Everyone knows what foundational repairs look like, and I can see many have added their own images. So I'm including my favorite part of this whole experience - the love David and Ralph showed to our dog! Charlie was their biggest fan, and they were hers! She got a head pat, ear scratches and a bit of quiet chit-chat each and every time they came in and out. After three days of work, I know she'll miss seeing them!

Lamunyon made the remediation process as easy as possible. They were responsive and the pricing felt relatively fair. They took care of the mold quickly, and I appreciated their thorough documentation for my records.

Cody deserves some kind of award. He spent 45 minutes diagramming the different ways footings and foundations are constructed. He did a complete walkthrough of my house and assessed the crack in the wall in my master bedroom. Then, he got kind-a quiet and said, "Let's go outside." When he approached the SW corner of my house in the backyard, he pointed and said, "That's the problem." I've got zero guttering, spout extensions or drainage control in that SW-side of my house. The last bout of heavy rain several months ago completely washed out the soil and caused my foundation to settle about 1/4 inch (hence the crack in my bedroom wall). Then Cody said, "Before we consider a costly foundation repair approach, get your guttering and drainage issues fixed. Then, call to let us know if that didn't solve the problem." Honesty. Integrity. Cody and Lamunyon are common sense folks who have your back.

Cody offered a level of customer service that I feared dead in this day and age. Was more than gracious with his time and expertise and discussed a resolution for our needs without overselling! Can't express enough appreciation for him and his company and the way they conduct their business. Highly recommend!

These people were great! Down to earth, knew their stuff. When going through their assessment, they shot me straight on what they think. I highly recommend them. Also (and it's probably a promotional thing) they even brought me a goodies bag as to say 'thank you for choosing us'. I thought it to be a nice personal touch.

Cody was absolutely amazing! We had a different foundation company come look at our basement after noticing some shifting, and they quoted us around $40,000. After the first 10 minutes with Cody at our appointment he informed us that it wasn't as big of an issue as the other company stated and completely eased our minds. I highly recommend this company and Cody for being straight forward with us and not trying to take advantage of us and so many other companies try to do. Could not be more thankful for them!

This team worked tirelessly to complete the project in a timely manner. They clearly take pride in the work they do. They kindly communicated with us throughout and answered all questions. Their conscientious use of coverings on floors, furniture, and even the walkway "walls" to the basement, was impressive and truly appreciated. Cody started the process by giving us our estimate and explaining what they would need to do. He is a very nice and and knowledgeable young man. He and David got the ball rolling to get our basement wall repaired quickly. Matt, Jonah, Jeff and Sky showed up first thing on a Wednesday morning and set to work. They were all very pleasant, extremely hard working and meticulous. If we asked a question it was answered professionally and with patience. Matt kept us in the loop at all stages of the process. He definitely went above and beyond for us. As the foreman, he was confident and patient at all times with his crew and us. They left the work space better than they found it! Initial calls and emails as well as site visit by Cody and David went well. The work crew - Matt, Jonah and Jeff were excellent - not enough kudos to them. There were some surprises with the job, but the Lamunyon crew handled them like the experts they are. The job went relatively headache free, and that is due to, again, the crew of Matt, Jonah and Jeff.
