Cody came out to the house to give my husband and I an estimate. He advised that it would take a few weeks for scheduling which was fine. During the consultation Cody was thorough with the process and the time it would take to fix the leak. On the day of service Matt and Jesse did a great job, explained what would take place and got to work immediately. Once the job was done Matt explained everything that he and Jesse did and explained it a second time when my husband was on the phone. They left the area clean and clear, they were both really polite and informative of the service provided. Truly appreciate Lamunyon and their services 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I had my foundation stabilized. The whole process was very easy and all that I spoke with were very professional. From Cody inspecting, preparing the bid, and explaining the process in detail to Matt completing the job. Anytime I reached out to Cody, he not only replied to my email, but also called me. When the work was performed, Matt was very professional and once again explained everything in detail. Even when a change order occurred, Matt reached out right away to inform me of why there was a change and the price difference. Matt and his team member went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and the job would be completed on time.

Everyone I interacted with, from Cody (Estimator/quoter), Scheduling, and the workers, were all very honest and reliable with their information and work. I especially appreciated being told what work really needed to be done vs selling all the bells and whistles we couldn’t afford. The workers have a good sense of humor and work hard for their earnings (ethics that can be harder to find these days). They did an excellent job of protecting our property and cleaning up after each phase of work. God bless you all, we feel much safer in our home now.

I would like to pass on that I had a leak in my basement floor and it caused water damage to my carpet and we had to move my daughter out of the room. The install crew- Drew, Kaleb, and Paul, did an outstanding job with installing a drain tile, waler beams, and anchors in my basement. They worked hard all week and in incredibly hot weather. We had a wonderful experience with Lamunyon from start to finish! Our basement wall was caving in, so we called around to get a couple of estimates from different companies. We decided to choose Lamunyon for many reasons. Cody, who gave us our estimate, was very kind and professional. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand manner and gave us all the information we needed to proceed. Foundation repair can be expensive, but Lamunyon was more fairly priced compared to the other companies we got estimates from. David did an amazing job of communicating with us and answering questions whenever they came up. When they came out to repair our basement wall, the workers did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. They were all professional and polite. We are very confident in the work they did, and we now have peace of mind knowing the issue was fixed properly. I highly recommend Lamunyon for foundation repair.

The work was very well done. I was referred by a local rug dealer who helped me call Lamonyan. That was at about 5 PM in the evening. They arrived at about 7:30 PM and stayed till almost 10 o'clock cleaning up as much as they could. The workers were great. They fully understood my concern and depression about the entire situation. This company goes the extra mile to clean up the situation and help you understand why it is necessary to do the things they do. Hope this never happens to me again. I had a footing raised that had settled due to the clay soil drying. The job required 7 helical piers that support the brackets under the footing. The brackets raised and stabilized the footing. The job took 3 and a half days. The team of Matt and Kyle were punctual, professional, explained everything and did outstanding work. The footing is now level and stable.

We had a very good experience dealing with Lamunyon. They were the third company we had come to assess our foundation problems. I am by no means a foundation expert, but I have extensively remodeled several houses. This is the first house that had serious foundation problems. Windows close to the northwest corner of the house would not open or close, and could not be locked. The first two companies gave us solutions that did not seem to pinpoint the area of our problem.When Brent, from Lamunyon, gave us his proposal, it called for push piers and helical piers in the area where we were having problems. Everything he proposed seemed to make more sense. When the work crew, Matt, Kyle and Tyler, came out to do the actual work, they were great to work with. They kept us informed on what they were doing and why it had to be done. They all worked extremely hard and got the job done ahead of schedule even though it rained on the day they raised the house. The problem area of the house was raised approximately 3 inches. I felt comfortable with Matt’s expertise and was comfortable taking his advice on the whole project. Our windows now open, close and lock. Matt, the project lead, also reduced our total cost since they did not have to drill as deep as originally estimated to hit stable ground.
