Restoration Technician – Clay Center Location

Technician is responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with a high degree of professionalism. Duties will include initial job-site inspection, secure jobs and perform structural drying following IICRC guidelines.

Foundation Repair Installer – Clay Center and Wichita Locations

Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair is growing again! We are looking for highly qualified, highly motivated individuals to serve on our Wichita Foundation Repair team. This person will assist the foreman to install waterproofing and foundation repair products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Some travel is required. Because our aim is to be the best in our industry and “wow” our customers, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent skills/ability (we train on specifics) AND the ability/desire to provide excellent service to our customers.

We are looking for professionals with a demonstrated history of successful selling to help us achieve our next stage of growth.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your success will be based upon developing long lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet/Exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Create weekly and monthly sales reports

Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair is looking for an experienced, in-home sales professional to run self-generated and company-provided leads and close sales in the insulation, basement waterproofing and foundation repair field. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments).

The ideal candidate will have in-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries. This individual must have verifiable and stable sales experience, as well as construction experience and knowledge.

The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. This individual must be proficient working with computer software and be detail-oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, our consultant MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first.

Water Mitigation Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

Position’s primary purpose is to respond to Water, Mold, and Fire Losses

Our technicians respond to both commercial and residential losses due to burst pipes, sprinkler systems going off, mold infestations, fire damage, and much more. In addition, each Technician rotates on an On-Call schedule so that we are able to respond to emergency situations at night and on weekends or when we have severe weather such as flooding, cold snaps, and snowstorms. You would be communicating with your Supervisor and Clients as their loss is progressing – this is where our Technicians get praises (and raises!).

Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation will pay for all of the industry certifications required for our Technicians to respond to all situations. We want you to grow with us! Work your way up to a Field Supervisor, Estimator, or Management – your possibilities are endless! We want “street smart” “common sense” Technicians who have the ability to think on their feet.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Prepping trucks and equipment for emergencies
  • Assess and attend to damage at a Clients property
  • Set-up and Monitor equipment
  • Take pictures and document progress of loss
  • Perform demolition of loss (if necessary)
  • Be safe and follow guidelines established through Industry Standards
  • Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment
  • Attend daily production meetings for job updates and/or changes
  • Attend Monday Company Meetings
  • Attend on the job classes, seminars, webinars, or other training to expand current knowledge and skill levels
  • Provide feedback to Supervisors, Management, and Staff to constantly improve our processes and procedures

CLIENT SATISFACTION:

  • Update client on loss progress and set appointments
  • Complete all tasks that are communicated and agreed upon with Client and Management
  • Keep job-site as clean and tidy as possible
  • Protect Client’s property

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clean Driving Record
  • Basic math and writing skills
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work while wearing a respirator when needed
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills or willingness to obtain necessary skills
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening evaluation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good judgment and ability to remain calm in an extremely busy workday and/or difficult client interaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Use of judgment on assessing job set-up and protocol

Not required but background knowledge would be beneficial:

  • Knowledge or familiarity with fire/smoke damage restoration, sewage or water damage mitigation and/or mold remediation services
