Fantastic business and service. We had some mold growth take off in our basement, and Lamunyon was able to perform the preliminary inspection, treatment, and wrap up all in a matter of weeks. The work was pretty extensive -- drywall and carpet removal, top to bottom cleaning of pretty much every surface in the basement, and duct cleanout. For all they did, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it ended up being. Every technician was very professional, treated everything in the house with respect, and were even great around nosey dog. They have nothing but my highest recommendation. Came home from work in Arizona to a wet basement following the rain we got in early May. Called and was able to get on the schedule for the following morning-a Saturday-for an estimate of the damage. Jamie and his assistant arrived at my house in the late morning. They looked throughout my basement from the finished area to the laundry room and bathroom and provided an explanation of everything and why. Within several hours of their arrival, I had an estimate, the damage removed from the basement and fans set up to help the dehumidifying process. Bonus points that they took the water damaged not-so-dry wall and carpet away so I didn’t have to worry about it. Because they contained their work to the basement and created a negative pressure room, Jamie had taken photos of the area where the leak was very likely. By doing this, I was able to see the damage that I wouldn’t have even known about. They returned to my house twice to pull equipment out and look at the progress. Very happy with their communication as well as speed and how well they got my basement dried out.

I had my foundation repaired by LaMunyon. It was something I was dreading, but they were a wonderful crew to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and went above and beyond my expectations. I had 5 different bids and can say that theirs was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The most expensive was around $27,000 MORE than the bid from LaMunyon. There are a lot of companies that advertise on TV or give high pressure sales, which LaMunyon does not do. Of course emergencies occur after hours on a Friday night. Such was our situation when a water line valve developed a leak. Jamie and Tim were amazing! The cleanout was supposed to take two days. Because of the extreme heat, their machines struggled and they had to bring out two extra trucks. BUT, because of their hard work, persistence, and willingness to stay until almost 7 pm, they got the job finished the same day. And, they hooked my washer and dryer back up for me when they came the next week to finish and get their drying equipment (it's the little things, really😁)! Leaky basement combined with basement walls pushing in. Lots of bids but Lamunyon sold us, not on price but on work to be performed combined with being professional, courteous, and listening. The workers did exactly what they said they'd do, they were careful around the house, and they cleaned up when done. Time will tell whether the work performed resolved the two issues but for today we are pleased.

Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair was contacted to assist in stabilizing our historic standpipe water tower. Lamunyon uses a process called Carbon Fiber Strapping and suggested using this on our tower.We worked with Ed who was very attentive and explained the whole process thoroughly. The crew that came to work on the tower kept us well informed during the process. Once completed, a few defects were discovered which Lamunyon handled immediately and professionally. This business did an amazing job repairing the cracks in the concrete wall in my basement. There was a 2 man crew that came in and got to work fast. They kept everything clean and had an air purifier going the entire time to keep the concrete dust out of the air and off my furniture. Everything was cleaned up when they left and the basement walls took 24 hours to finish drying and setting up. I recommend this to anyone who needs a crack repaired in the walls of their basement or other structure. Great pricing kept me from needlessly spending thousands of extra dollars. They also have financing through another company to help you get the repairs you need.
I called because my dishwasher leaked and flooded my kitchen floor and was running into the basement below. A team of guys came in to get this taken care of immediately. Dustin was very informative about what needed to be done, showing me under my cabinets and what had been affected. Lance wanted to be sure there were no mold issues. Jed took care of my basement. Robert and Jamie removed my vinyl floor. Everyone explained various things to me as the job moved forward. Because of their swift action, I was able to get the water dried out immediately and the insurance adjuster did not have any issues with their bill. Apparently, insurance companies have these preferred companies they want you to use. However, I learned that you can pick the company you feel is best and insurance cannot tell you otherwise. Put anchors in my basement walls. Three man crew for 2 days. Crew was hard working and professional. Good communication throughout the job. On time both days. Very happy with the work they did. Their company needs to buy these guys something to dig with so they don't have to dig by hand.
The Lamunyon team were professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They had to remove all of the walls creating a bedroom and half bath in the house I bought. The bedroom must have belonged to a teenager, as there was a collection of historic stickers (KSU and Manhattan High circa 1957) on the door and a wooden panel. I asked Lamunyon to save those bits of wood for me, and they were so accommodating; they managed to save and clean the entire door and panel, which was more than I expected. They went above and beyond the original spec, checking and removing a few bits of insulation and shelves in another cupboard. They left everything spotless, and Jamie walked me through everything they had done. The tests afterwards show far less mold in that basement than outside! I’m very pleased and would recommend Lamunyon to anyone.
Great company. My water heater had leaked. Jed and Robert came out as soon as possible and dried out my basement. Explained everything in good detail. Will continue to call this local company!
My hot water heater had leaked all over my basement floor. This is the second time I have had to have Lamunyon come out to service us. Jed and Robert made it out to my place in a timely manner. I told both Jed and Robert what had happened, they both listened to me before explaining what would be done and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen . Robert and Jed were very thoughtful and respectful. The equipment was set and everything was contained properly. After everything was done Jed came back upstairs and explained to my boyfriend and I what equipment was set, how often we should check the equipment, what temperature we should keep the basement at, etc.I am very impressed with the two gentlemen that came to dry out my basement. I will definitely be calling this local company again. Satisfied customer!
Lamunyon provided demo to a finished portion of my basement and mold remediation throughout the space, then installed interior drain tiles and a sump pump with battery backup. The crew was professional, friendly, informative, thorough and completed the project on time.
Caleb, Issac and the crew were extremely professional in their work. They sealed off the work area first, made the necessary repairs to the basement wall and completely cleaned everything before leaving. They were quite courteous and informative in every step of the process. I was highly impressed with them and their work. Five stars and I definitely recommend them to others.
Lamunyons had the general manager out to evaluate the home the day I called. I was able to meet with Johnathan and Jordan while they finished up the patch to the home. We had some very bad problems due to flooding in our basement. Lamunyon came and cleaned out the basement and dried it out. The crew was very friendly and it was a pleasure having them come to our home and work. We then had them come back and do a new drain tile in our basement as well As installing a new sump pump and encapsulating our crawlspace below our kitchen. This was a big project and we are very pleased with the outcome. We are very happy with Lamunyon and their crews and would recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thank you for a great job.
The crew worked very hard and kept us updated frequently throughout the project. Pricing is very fair for the speediness and quality of work that was performed.
Not only are they polite and all of the above but the thoughtfulness in the way they removed our stuff from the basement into our garage was amazing! We've never even had movers be so considerate. They also seem to work well together and always have a smile to give when they see us...plus always are looking out for us...that means a lot!!👍

Very professional. Responded quickly to a city sewage backup to clean up the basement, even on a holiday weekend. Most work completed in one (long) day. Very helpful with suggestions and information. Here's one from January 2020:Same experience when I found mold in my basement as a result of the Big Blue River backing up to form a lake four blocks south of us, for five months. Very prompt, very clear in explanations of what Lamunyon found and how they could remediate the issues. They also discovered that the south wall of the basement was moving inward a bit, and helped us to understand what needed to be done to shore it up. In all this the crew was very considerate of our possessions and what they could save.Highly recommend again.4/28/2020Great job again. Work all finished on the south wall of the basement. Lamunyon installed Push Piers on one corner of our house. We were very pleased with Matt Jackson, Production Foreman. Not only did he do a good job on the Push Piers, but he faced the extra challenge of removing 7 yds of concrete at the base of foundation that he did not expect. He kept us informed and updated every day. When it was all done, he volunteered to return on a weekend to rake the lawn and touch up.
A huge thank you to your employees Robert and Lance. They were very professional to be around and mindful of my personal home. Both demonstrated knowledge of services provided. They were on time. Answered any questions. This is a stand up company.
Good experience with these fellows. Very friendly. Went about their work showing that they knew what they were doing. Got the job done. Took a long day but they stuck with it till 7:00 pm. Would recommend.
Everyone involved in the process was professional & courteous. We were kept informed of each step, from Zach who evaluated & bid the project, to Matt & Byron, who did the work. Especially liked the picture format so we knew who to expect when they showed up. Office staff was also courteous & helpful. Overall, a very good experience.
Within 10 minutes of my initial call, I had phone contact from Jed and Lance and they were at my house within an hour, they helped me deal with funding issues and completed the job within 3 hours. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I dealt with at Lamunyon!
We were happy with the service that we received from Lamunyon for their work in restoring our basement after our recent water heater leak. They arrived quickly and set the restoration process in motion almost immediately. Job quality was excellent . Jamie, Robert, and Lance were courteous, friendly, and did a nice job. Very pleased with their communication and establishing estimates as well as the thorough inspection. The crew that preformed foundation repairs were knowledgeable and respectful. They stayed late to complete repairs in one day instead of the scheduled two days. They left my home and property in better condition then when they arrived. They cleaned up debris and trash, even though some of what they picked up was not theirs. Lamunyon Restoration was 15,000.00 cheaper than the other companies I consulted. Lamunyon Restoration chose a different solution to make repairs not only cost effective but also efficiently repairing my failing foundation.
